Under my leadership, Oasis expanded to 15 states, acquired several Sage partners. In June 2014, I led Oasis into the cloud software space by adding NetSuite and Adaptive Insights to the Oasis portfolio of products.
But one of the most meaningful roles came at the end: successfully leading Oasis through an ownership transition.
That experience-equal parts strategic and deeply personal- is what sparked my next chapter:
Helping other business owners plan their exit with clarity, confidence, and impact.
I created a course to walk you through every critical step- from price to exit- including the questions that really matter:
Who will take over your business and are they truly ready?
How do you protect and carry forward the culture you've built?
How do you coach internal successors or family into leadership?
How do you step away knowing the business can thrive without you?
My personal goal in selling Oasis was simple: build a solid foundation and leave a lasting legacy.
Because legacy isn't just what you've built-it's who you've empowered to build after you.
I am also certified in Emotional Intelligence-- a skill I believe is fundamental to great leadership. I now lead awareness sessions and leadership training around EQ to support stronger, more self-aware successors.
Beyond business, I stay active in the community as the Chair of the Business Gifts committee for The Home of the Innocents, one of Kentucky's largest nonprofits. I am also involved with Junior Achievement and have developed a mentorship program at Assumption High School.
When I'm not working, you'll find me on a tennis court or pickleball court, out boating, or traveling with my husband
