Under my leadership, Oasis’s footprint has expanded to 15 states, including the purchase of several Sage partners. In June 2014, I led Oasis into the cloud software space by adding NetSuite and Adaptive Insights to the Oasis portfolio of products.
There are many things that need to be considered after you determine the valuation (price):

I have also become certified on Emotional Intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is one of the most important pieces of leadership. My plan is to create awareness about Emotional Intelligence with leader training classes.
I am also the Chair of the HR committee and the Business Gifts Committee as well as Board Member for The Home of the Innocents, one of the biggest non-profits in Kentucky. In my spare time, I play tennis, pickleball and enjoy boating and traveling. My husband and I have also purchased an interest in 4 race horses ! We are in Kentucky, you know.
