I'm Annette Manias

I served as the President and CEO of Oasis Solutions, a leading provider of business software solutions and professional services since May 1991. I served in every function of the company, first as the inaugural customer service/implementation consultant, then in a sales and marketing capacity.

Under my leadership, Oasis’s footprint has expanded to 15 states, including the purchase of several Sage partners. In June 2014, I led Oasis into the cloud software space by adding NetSuite and Adaptive Insights to the Oasis portfolio of products.


My final function with Oasis was steering the business through a successful ownership transition. My passion for helping clients achieve their business goals has translated into creating a course to help other business owners understand the process from price to exit.

There are many things that need to be considered after you determine the valuation (price):

  • What is the culture of the business?
  • If selling internally or to family, how to train them to be leaders.
  • How will you navigate the transition in leadership?

My goal in selling my business, was to build a solid foundation and leave a lasting legacy. Your legacy is not just the business you've built, but the leaders you've developed.

I have also become certified on Emotional Intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is one of the most important pieces of leadership. My plan is to create awareness about Emotional Intelligence with leader training classes. 

I am also the Chair of the HR committee and the Business Gifts Committee as well as Board Member for The Home of the Innocents, one of the biggest non-profits in Kentucky. In my spare time, I play tennis, pickleball and enjoy boating and traveling.  My husband and I have also purchased an interest in 4 race horses !  We are in Kentucky, you know.
